- 在聯合國系統中大量捐款,換取對新疆、西藏、台灣的「集體沉默」
- 向國際學術界灑錢,買來不批評、不提問的「尊重」
- 對發展中國家建設一帶一路,用債務捆綁未來外交投票
- 對台灣發動認知作戰、滲透媒體與網軍,大撒資金培養「第五縱隊」
但現在呢?
出口連續衰退、地方債超過 GDP 的 130%、人民幣被動貶值、青年失業高達 21%,
就連自家內部都要裁撤孔子學院、縮減一帶一路基金、停建高鐵支線。
你還拿什麼去「買影響力」?
認知作戰與第五縱隊,終將因沒錢而退潮
對台灣而言,這是一個重要的轉折點。
- 中共境外網軍與自媒體滲透,過去依靠大量人力與金流(如 QQ 群控制、抖音帳號投放)
- 第五縱隊(在台協力者)也不是靠信仰,是靠「補助」「業配」「媒體資源」
而當中國經費緊縮,這些被養出來的「工具人」就會開始失去生存誘因。
滲透會減弱、收買力會下降,連養網軍的伺服器流量都可能不再大規模投放。
當帝國口袋縮水,它的聲音也會隨之消失
我們正目睹一個極權政體進入「聲量衰退期」:
- 它的坦克還能開,但它的輿論影響力開始啞火
- 它的導彈還能飛,但它的國際話語開始破功
- 它還會說謊,但連續劇的預算不夠了,說出來的也沒人信了
當年讓人恐懼的,是它有錢又會演戲;
而如今讓人釋懷的,是它已經快演不起來了。
台灣,正在迎來一個認知戰疲弱的新時代
台灣不必幻想中共「悔改」,
但我們可以準備好迎接它「說謊變小聲」的未來。

They bought silence from the UN, respect from Harvard, loyalty from Africa, and confusion in Taiwan—all with cash. Not conviction, not truth, not moral authority—just money.
But guess what? The wallet's drying up. And oh boy, when the money disappears, the bullshit gets suspiciously quiet.
China's Soft Power Was Always a Cash-Powered Karaoke Show
China didn't earn global respect—it rented it.
- At the UN, they bought enough positions and influence to have everyone politely ignore words like "Taiwan," "Uyghur," or "Tibet."
- At Harvard and other elite universities, they sprinkled donations and Confucius Institutes like MSG on a bland dish, hoping to season it with fear and obedience.
- In Africa and Southeast Asia, they handed out loans like candy—then tried to charge for the insulin later.
- In Taiwan, they bankrolled fake news farms, troll armies, and fifth column media mouthpieces to brainwash voters with slogans like "peaceful unification" and "common prosperity."
- And it worked... while the economy was booming.
Now That the Money's Gone, So Is the Magic
- GDP growth is sputtering.
- Youth unemployment? Off the charts.
- Local governments are drowning in debt.
- Exports are down. Real estate's dead. The yuan is begging for help.
So how's the global influence game going?
- The Belt and Road initiative? On a crash diet.
- UN lobbying? Running out of steam.
- Foreign universities? Closing the door on Chinese donations faster than you can say "espionage."
- Taiwan fifth column operations? Hard to pay trolls when you can't pay your cities.
It's like watching a villain run out of budget halfway through the movie. The CGI fades. The costume looks cheap. The lines are off. Nobody’s buying it anymore.
An Empire With No Money Can't Even Afford Its Lies
We used to fear China's “sharp power.” Now we watch it deflate like a sad party balloon.
